Pellicano currently owns and manages more than 170 properties, with over 310 commercial clients and has a diverse property portfolio comprising residential, commercial, retail and large format retail, industrial and hospitality sectors.
Across multiple sites in Victoria and Queensland Pellicano require a team of 100 employees to be connected. Before moving to a 3CX Phone System, Pellicano was using a dated and proprietary LG Aria system and Telstra ISDN lines that were cumbersome and restricted their growth. Using this system limited their ability to connect to multiple offices and provide a central business presence throughout the organisation. Added to this were complex and expensive Telstra bills.
Our solution for Pellicano was to implement an on-premise 3CX Phone System with Fanvil X4G and Yealink T46S handsets and C2 SIP Trunks. Using their existing IT infrastructure Pellicano were able to reduce their capital expenditures and make the most of their virtual environment. The 3CX system allowed us to install Fanvil and Yealink handsets at all sites and register them to a central server giving Pellicano a unified communications solution. The total onsite installation time for both offices was 10 hours. We were also able to reduce the Pellicano telephony bills by 50% using the C2 SIP Trunks.
