Nationwide Waste were moving office and needed to replace their existing telephony and internet services in the process. They were using an Optus IP premier service for their telephony which provided them with limited functionality and very limited control. This service also required a dedicated Optus internet connection, forcing them to have a separate Telstra broadband connection to run all other data services.
Our solution was to port their Optus numbers to C2 Voice and provide them with a hosted 3CX in our cloud. With this in place they were able to move into the new office with a new Spirit Telecom internet service that will run both their voice and data requirements.
